1. Cancellation Policy
Once a online consultation is booked it can not be cancelled. For home visit, a cancellation fee of 100 rupees will be charged and the rest of the amount will be refunded, provided cancellation happened at least 3 hours before the scheduled visit time, beyond that period it is non refundable. If the consultation is incomplete or didn’t happen within 24hrs of the booking full refund will be initiated. Please note that there won’t be any refund if you have provided us with wrong contact information and we failed to contact you via all of your provided contact method.
2. Refund Policy
a. Refunds will only be issued if consultaton and the prescription is not delivered to you within 24 hours of a successful payment.
b. To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@drshounak.com with your booking details, including the payment confirmation and relevant information.
c. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction.
d. It may take a reasonable amount of time for the refunded amount to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Prescription Delivery
a. We strive to deliver the consultation promptly based on the doctor’s availability, and within a few minutes of a successfll consultation the digital copy of the prescription will be delivered. Physical copy of the prescription will be delivered only during a home visit.
b. In case of any delay in prescription delivery beyond the specified timeframe, please contact us at the email or WhatsApp number for further assistance.
c. If consultation and the prescription are not delivered within 24 hours of a successful payment, we will initiate a full refund as per the refund policy mentioned above.
4. Changes to Refund Policy
The refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of Dr. Shounak Pal. Any changes to the refund policy will be communicated on the Website.
