Step by Step process to Book a Online consultation.
- Select the mode of consultation, at present only online consultation is available.
- You need to pay upfront, after a successful payment your appointment will be confirmed.
- Doctor will try to honor the appointment time selected by you during booking, but the actual appointment might get delayed based on the doctor’s availability but will happen as soon as possible.
- If the doctor fails to deliver the consultation within 4 hours of a successful booking the entire amount will be refunded.

Consult Dr. Shounak Pal over a Phone/Video call.
- Consult over Text, phone or video call on Google meet.
- Receive a prescription in PDF format post consultation.
- Physical prescription delivery available if needed, via parcel services, subjected to extra cost within Kolkata. (This service might not be always available)
- Follow up till 7 days if required is included within this consultation fees.
- Best for general illness, prescription renewals, second opinions.
Home Visit
Book a home visit by Dr. Shounak Pal.
- Book a home visit by Dr. Shounak Pal, subject to availability of the doctor.
- Pre-visit verification via a google meet call is required for safety purpose.
- Unlimited teleconsultation over text or video call for one week. (Fair uses apply)
- Best for patients who require bedside care.
